(2)Two copies of the report of the Director General duly signed on each page by the Director General, or his authorized officer, along with an electronic version in document format, shall be forwarded to the Secretary within the time specified by the Commission:Provided that the Secretary may increase or decrease the number of copies of the report and may permit electronic transmission of the same.
