Section 43(1) in Universities of Agricultural Sciences Act, 2009
(1)The Board shall constitute a Finance Committee consisting of the following members, namely:-(i)The Vice-Chancellor - Chairperson(ii)The Principal Secretary to Government, Finance Department or his nominee not below the rank of a Deputy Secretary.(iii)The Principal Secretary or Secretary to Government, Agriculture Department or his nominee not below the rank of a Deputy Secretary.(iv)One member of the Board of Management nominated by Vice-Chancellor(v)Registrar- member(vi)The Comptroller - Member Secretary
