Section 4(4) in The Rajasthan Employment of the Physically Handicapped Rules, 1976

(4)The information pertaining to the position of reservation and employment of the physically handicapped persons as on 31st March of each year shall be reported to the Department of Personnel (A-5) in Form-I, appended to these rules.
