.-When the form or amount of a deposit is changed by reason of subsequent deposit, a substitution or a payment under sub-section (9) or sub--section (10) of section 7 of the Act or a sale or investment under sub-section (9-A) of the said section, the Bank shall, within two weeks from the entry of such change in the books of the Bank, send a fresh certificate and a fresh statement of the nature, and in the manner, described in clauses (a) and (b) of sub-rule (5) of rule 5.
