Section 4(1A) in The Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966
(1A)[ Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-section (1), the provisions of that sub-section shall not be applicable to the Metropolitan area as defined in clause (c) of section 2 of the Maharashtra Metropolitan Planning Committees (Constitution and Functions) Act, 1999.] [Sub-section (1A) was inserted by Maharashtra 5 of 2000, Schedule, (w.e.f. 29-6-1999).]
