G.S.R. 595, dated 22nd June, 1990. - In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (e) and (f) of sub-section (2) of Section 87 of the Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989) read with Section 22 of the General Clauses Act, 1897 (10 of 1897), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely:-
