Section 3(1) in Chhattisgarh Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2006
(1)The Juvenile Justice Board shall consist of a Metropolitan/Chief Judicial Magistrate or a Judicial Magistrate of the first class, as the case may be, and two social workers of whom atleast one shall be a woman, forming a bench.
