(b)in execution of a certificate, signed under the Bihar and Orissa Public Demands Recovery Act, 1914 (Bihar and Orissa Act IV of 1914), for arrears of rent due in respect of the tenure or holding from a superior tenant defaulting, and ah inferior tenant, whose interest would be voidable upon the sale, pays money into Court in Order to prevent the sale,
