Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for School Education
representing the petitioners. Also heard learned counsel for the respondents.
2. The respondents herein filed O.A No. 1384 of 2013, before the erstwhile
Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, at Hyderabad, seeking to declare
that they are entitled for 6 14 years of special promotion scales and for
pensionary benefits by taking their date of appointment as special teachers
from 1996 on par with less merit candidates by extending the benefit of
G.O.Ms. No.21, dated 18.05.2010 and for consequential reliefs.

The Tribunal allowed the said O.A., in the light of the detailed orders
dated 25.02.2013 in similar matter i.e., O.A No.8668 of 2012. Aggrieved by

the orders in O.A No.8668 of 2012, the State preferred Writ Petition No.2286
of 2014. A Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, by an order dated 07.05.2025
dismissed the said writ petition.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has not disputed the
submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondents that in the light
of the orders passed in W.P No.2286 of 2014, the present writ petition is liable
to be dismissed.
5.
Considering the submissions made and perusing the order dated
07.05.2025, the present writ petition is dismissed, for the reasons alike and
the petitioners shall comply with the order of the Tribunal. No costs.
