Section 49(2) in West Bengal Trade Unions Rules, 1998
(2)No ballot paper shall be issued to any voter after the hour fixed for closing of the poll except to those voters who are present at the polling station at the time of closing of the poll. Such votes shall be allowed to record their voters even after the poll closes.
