Section 29(2) in Tamil Nadu Groundwater (Development and Management) Act, 2003
(2)The Government may issue such orders and directions of a general character as they consider necessary in respect of any matter relating to the powers and functions of the Authority and thereupon the Authority shall give effect to such orders and directions.
