Section 40(a) in University of Udaipur Teachers (Conditions of Service) Rules, 1976
(a)Leave cannot be claimed as of right and when the exigencies of service so demand, leave of any description may be refused or revoked by the authority empowered to sanction leave. In case of refusal, reasons are to be recorded.
