Section 42 in The Rajasthan Financial Corporation General Regulations, 2002
42. Chairman of meeting : In chapter III and IV.
- (i) unless the context does not permit, the reference to "general meeting" shall include a reference to a meeting of a class of shareholders, and(ii)the word 'Chairman' means the 'Chairman' of a meeting under Regulation 48.
