Section 10(a) in Chhattisgarh State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Redressal of Grievances of Consumers) Regulations, 2011
(a)A maximum of two full-time members may be appointed by the licensee from out of the following : -(i)A Senior working/retired officer of the licensee who possess a degree in Electrical Engineering and have at least 20 years' experience in the field of distribution of electricity ; and(ii)A working/retired officer of the licensee, having at least 15 years experience in finance/accounts/legal matters/ engineering in the electricity sector.
