1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Orissa State Electricity Reform Act, 1995.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Orissa.(3)[ It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may by notification, appoint.] [Came into force w.e.f. 1st April, 1996 vide Energy Department No. 4554, dated 21.3.1996.]
