Section 2(a) in Tamil Nadu Agricultural Service Co-Operative Societies (Appointment of Special Officers) Act, 1986
(a)"agriculture" includes horticulture, floriculture, raising of crops (including plantation, tree crops and garden produce), seed farming and forestry and the word "agricultural" shall be construed accordingly;
