Section 34(2) in Rajasthan Transparency in Public Procurement Act, 2012
(2)Subject to the rules as may be made in this behalf, the procedure for request for quotations shall include the following, namely:-(a)quotations shall be requested from as many potential bidders as practicable, subject to a minimum of three;(b)each bidder shall be permitted to give only one quotation;(c)the successful quotation shall be the lowest priced quotation meeting the needs of the procuring entity as set out in the request for quotations.
