(11)The Commission shall be entitled to authorise the licensees and other persons to exercise such power and authority as the licensees and persons could be given under the provisions of the Indian Electricity Act, 1910 (No. 9 of 1910) and the Electricity (Supply) Act, 1948 (No. 58 of 1948).
