Section 14 in Himachal Pradesh Prevention of Beggary Act, 1979
14. Protection of action taken in good faith.
- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Government or any officer or authority, vested with powers or authorised to discharge any function under this Act, for anything which is in good faith done or is intended to be done under this Act.
