Section 13 in Andhra Pradesh Prisons Development Board Act, 2001
13. Grants, Advances and loans from Government.
- The Government may, after due appropriation made by the State Legislature make such grants, advances and loans to the Board as the Government may deem necessary for the performance of the functions of the Board under this Act, and all grants, loans or advances made shall be on such terms and conditions as the Government may determine.
