Section 7(2) in Manipur Conservation of Paddy Land and Wetland Act, 2014
(2)The District Level Committee shalt consist of the Deputy Commissioner, District Agricultural Officer and three agricultural farmers from the district to be nominated by the Deputy Commissioner and the Deputy Commissioner shall be its Chairman and the District Agricultural Officer shall be its Convener.
