Section 20(2) in Rajasthan Excise Act, 1950

(2)a licence for sale in more than one district or [those parts of the State of Rajasthan to which this Act extends] [Substituted by Rajasthan Act 38 of 1957.] shall be granted with the previous approval of the [State Government] [Substituted by Rajasthan Act 38 of 1957.]; and
