Section 443(1) in Kolkata Municipal Corporation Act, 1980
(1)The Municipal C6mmissioner or any officer or employee of the Corporation authorised by him in this behalf or any police officer may, at any, time by day or night, without notice, inspect and examine any food or drug or any utensil or vessel used for preparing, manufacturing or storing such food or drug.
