Section 16 in University of Heatlh Sciences, Karnal Act, 2016
16. Director.
- The Director shall be the administrative head of Kalpana Chawla Government Medical College, Karnal. He shall be appointed by the Chancellor, on the recommendation of the Government. The qualifications, powers, functions and duties of the Director shall be such, as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
