Section 12(7) in THE NATIONAL INSTITUTES OF FOOD TECHNOLOGY, ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND MANAGEMENT ACT, 2021
(7)The report of the evaluation and review under sub-section (5) shall be submitted by the Board to the Central Government along with an action taken report:Provided that the Central Government may after considering the report, give suggestions to the Board for further actions to be taken by it.
