(1)An application for affiliation to the University of any college [or for affiliation in new courses in any affiliated college] [Inserted by Act 29 of 1985, w.e.f. 18-11-1982.] shall be sent by the educational agency to the Registrar within such time and in such manner as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
