% 17.12.2021 CM Appl. 43534/2021 Present application has been filed by the appellant-applicant seeking directions to the respondent to allow him to inspect the Flat bearing No.12, situated at 3-4, Rajesh Pilot Lane (erstwhile South End Lane), New Delhi, which is in possession of the respondent and to clear house tax dues. The appellant seeks further direction to the respondent to hand over the possession of the impugned flat to the appellant to enable the appellant to carry out repairs and upkeep of the said flat as the same is lying in an abandoned and dilapidated condition.

Mr. Sanjiv Jha, learned counsel for respondent accepts notice. He prays for and is permitted to file a reply affidavit within three weeks.
