Section 3(1) in Karnataka (Sandur Area) Inams Abolition Act, 1976
(1)Notwithstanding anything contained in any contract, grant or other instrument or in any decree or order of a court or in any other law for the time being in force, with effect from and on the appointed date, the inam tenure of all inams and minor inams in Sandur Area shall stand abolished.
