10. Withdrawal from election.
- Any person whose name has been proposed as a candidate may withdraw his candidature by a communication in writing so as to reach the Secretary not later than the date specified for the purpose in the notification under Rule 6. The signatures of candidates withdrawing should be attested by a Judge or Magistrate.
