Section 143 in The Manipur Municipalities Act,1994.
143. Public latrines and urinals.-
The municipality may provide and maintain in sufficient number and in proper situation, 'public latrines and urinals for the separate use of each sex, and shall cause the same to be kept in proper order and to De properly cleansed.
