1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The question which arose for consideration in this batch of writ applications was whether the State Government employees, which the Petitioners claim they are, could be sent to the Raipur Milk Cooperative Federation/ Chhattisgarh State Cooperative Federation without their consent and outside their cadre?

3. Based on the submissions and the principle of law involved, a Bench of this Court stayed the operation of the order impugned dated 30.01.2013 till further orders.

4. Much has happened since then. Almost 6 years have gone past since the order of stay was passed by the High Court. Many of the Petitioners or the employees have even superannuated or are at the verge of superannuation 12 and it is not known whether the present dispensation would be interested in sending any of them on deputation outside the cadre to the Federation.

5. In view of the same, the impugned order dated 30.01.2013 stands quashed.

The respondent State authorities however are given liberty to take a fresh decision in accordance with law.

6. The writ applications stand allowed.
