Section 55(1) in Himachal Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2005
(1)In case the Commission acts as the Arbitrator, the procedure to be followed shall be, as far as possible, the same as in the case of hearings before the Commission provided in Chapter-II.
