Section 22(1) in The Orissa Consolidation of Holdings and Prevention of Fragmentation of Land Rules, 1973
(1)The provisional consolidation scheme shall be published in a conspicuous place in the unit for a period of at least fifteen days for public inspection free of charge. The notice publishing the provisional consolidation scheme shall being Form No. 8.
