Section 21(2) in The Madhya Bharat Vagrants, Habitual Offenders and Criminals (Restrictions and Settlement) Act, 1952
(2)Every Village Patel and village watchman and every owner or occupier of land and the agent of any such owner or occupier, shall forthwith communicate to the officer-in-charge of the nearest police station any information which he may obtain of the arrival at such village or on such land, as the case may be, of any person against whom an order of restriction or order of settlement is reasonably suspected of having been made.
