% 10.10.2023 There are six applications which have been filed by the plaintiff and which are at the stage of arguments.
I.A No. 11319/2019 has been filed seeking condonation of delay of 27 days in filing affidavit of admission / denial to the documents filed by defendant no. 1. However, in the prayer clause of the said application, additional prayer had been made for seeking condonation of delay in filing replication even though a separate application bearing I.A No. 14684/2019 has also been moved by the plaintiff for seeking condonation of delay of 72 days in filing replication to the written statement filed by defendant no. 1. Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff and also Ld. Counsel for the defendant no. 1 jointly submit that the applications be put up before the Hon'ble Court as the ld. This is a digitally signed order.

Two other IA's filed by the plaintiff i.e. IA No. 11320/2019 and IA No. 11318/2019 have been filed for seeking condonation of delay in filing affidavit of admission / denial of the documents filed by defendant no. 2 and defendant no. 3 respectively. However, in both the applications also, in the prayer clause, an additional prayer for condontion of delay in filing replication has been made alongwith although plaintiff has also filed two separate IA's i.e. IA No. 17421/2019 and IA No. 17420/2019 for seeking condonation of delay of 119 days each in filing replication to the written statement filed by defendant no. 2 and 3. Ld. Counsel jointly submit that they wish to address arguments on these four applications also before the Hon'ble Court.
At request, put up before the Hon'ble Court on 03.11.2023 for further directions.
