2.During the course of hearing before us,the Authorised Representative(AR) stated that assessee wants to withdraw the MA. The Departmental Representative (DR) had no objection for the withdrawal, hence we allow the assessee to withdraw the appeal.
As a result,MA filed by the assessee stands dismissed as withdrawn. प रणामतः िनधा रती ारा दािखल कया गया िविवध आवदेन प वीकृ त कया जाता है.
