% 12.01.2021 (Through Video Conferencing) Crl.M.A. No. 17239/2020 has been filed on behalf of the respondent no.2 seeking to submit that inadvertently vide a reply dated 6.11.2020 that had been filed to the petition vide diary No. 1024665/2020 the affidavit filed by the respondent no.2 had identified the respondent no.2 as the petitioner No.1 and that thus the respondent no.2 seeks to place on record the reply dated 17.11.2020. with the affidavit in support thereof with it having been submitted to the effect that the reply filed on 6.11.2020 and the reply filed on 17.11.2020 are verbatim identical.
