1. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no relief is being sought against the respondent no.5. He prays for the deletion of the respondent no.5 from the array of parties.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents prays for and is granted a further period of two weeks to file reply. Rejoinder thereto, if any, be filed within a period of two weeks thereafter.
