Mohanty, Member (Judicial) Final Order No. 50924/2015 Per: Rakesh Kumar The appellant vide stay order no. 55045/2014-EX [BR] dated 29/12/2014 had been directed to deposit an amount of Rs. 6 lakh within a period of eight weeks for compliance with the Provision of section 35 F. The compliance was to be reported on 6/3 /2015.
2. Today, when this matter was called for reporting compliance, none representing the appellant had appeared. There is no report on record of appellant having complied with the Tribunals order.
