52. Reversion and reappointment of full member.
- A full member shall be liable to be reverted to the lower post from which he has been promoted at any time, if the number of persons so entitled for reversion is more than the number of posts available in the higher category.Explanation. - If a person who is confirmed or whose probation in a higher category has been declared as having been completed or one who is holding a post in a higher category on a regular basis, for which there is no probation, reverts from deputation or foreign service and if there is no vacancy in that category to accommodate him, the junior most person in the category appointed to the post shall be reverted. If, however, the person reverted from deputation or foreign service himself is the junior most, he shall be reverted to the next lower category from which he was earlier promoted.
