Section 4(1) in West Bengal Trade Unions Rules, 1998
(1)Every Notice under sub-section (1) of section 28B to other Trade Unions functioning in the concerned industrial establishment or the class of industry in a local area, as the case may be, shall be given by the Registrar in Form J. Simultaneously, the notice shall be published by the Registrar in the Official Gazette. The notice shall also specify the date within which the application for recognition shall be made by the willing Trade Unions together with the prescribed tees.
