Section 15(1) in Securities and Exchange Board of India (Settlement Proceedings) Regulations, 2018
(1)The Panel of Whole Time Members shall consider the recommendations of the High Powered Advisory Committee and may accept or reject the same:Provided that where the recommendations of the High Powered Advisory Committee to settle the specified proceedings are rejected, the panel of Whole Time Members shall record reasons for rejection of the recommendations :Provided further that where the recommendation of the High Powered Advisory Committee to settle the specified proceedings are rejected, such decision of the panel of Whole Time Members shall be communicated to the applicant.
