Section 16(1) in Religious Institutions (Lease of Immovable Property) Rules, 1963
(1)The provisions of these rules relating to lease by public auction and remission shall not apply to lands coming under the purview of the Tamil Nadu Public Trusts (Regulation of and Administration of Agricultural Lands) Act, 1961 (Tamil Nadu Act 57 of 1961).
