Section 33 in West Bengal Co-operative Societies Rules, 2011
33. Framing of regulation by the Board for election of delegates.
The Board shall make regulation to provide for all matters relating to :(i)the manner of nomination and election of delegates;(ii)the total number of delegates to be elected and area, section, constituency or category in accordance with rule 31.
