3. Contract for Multi modal Transportation
.Where the consignor and the Multi modal Transport Operator have entered into a contract for the Multi modal Transportation and the Multi modal Transport Operator has taken charge of the goods, he shall issue a document, a model of which may be prescribed by the competent authority by a Special or General Order, with the approval of the Central Government.
