                    consequently direct the first respondent to pay the secondary grade scale of
                    pay w.e.f. 30.06.1980 and award selection grade/special grade scale of pay
                    w.e.f. 30.06.1990.

This writ petition is filed seeking for a certiorarified mandamus to quash the proceedings letter No.10112/C.C.1(1)/2012-1 dated 21.06.2013 and direct the first respondent to pay the secondary grade scale of pay w.e.f.

30.06.1980 and award selection grade/special grade scale of pay w.e.f.

30.06.1990.

2. The learned counsel representing the petitioner is present and reported that the case has become infructuous.

3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
