Section 51(1) in The Bihar (Coal Mining) Area Development Authority Act, 1986
(1)If the Authority is opposed or impeded in taking possession of the land under section 49 it shall request the District Magistrate to enforce the delivery of possession of the land to the Authority. The District Magistrate shall take or cause to be taken such steps and use or cause to be used such force as-may be reasonably necessary for securing the delivery of possession of the land to the Authority.
