Section 128 in Nagaland Excise Rules
128.
No smaller quantity of spirits shall be issued at any one time to any of the persons mentioned in Rule 127 than the following :| To a person mentioned in Clause (a) | 20 litres |
| To a wholesale vendor of country spirit | 250 litres |
| To licensed retail vendors of country spirit | Spirit not less than 40 U. P. strength-5 litres. Spirit lessthan 40 U. P. in strength-25 litres. |
