Section 99(c) in The Maharashtra Zilla Parishads and Panchayat Samitis Act, 1961
(c)[ shall, unless prevented by sickness or other reasonable cause, attend every meeting of the Zilla Parishad and of the Committee of which he is the Secretary; and may, with the permission of the presiding authority, tender information or clarification in respect of any matter under discussion at the meeting.] [Clause (c) was added by Maharashtra 6 of 1975, Section 31.]
