30. Repeal and saving
(1) The Primary Education Act, Samvat 1986, the Jammu and Kashmir Private Educational Institutions (Regulation and Control) Act, 1967 and the Jammu and Kashmir Education Act, 1984 are repealed.(2)Subject to the provisions of sub-section (5) of section 12, the aforesaid repeal shall not affect the previous operation of the Acts so repealed.
